 | Nettie Kibur (Utan) The witnesses to Bella Wolk's petition are Samuel Kebar and Ben Siegal. Ben Siegal is her nephew (son of her sister Bessie Mindus (Segal). Samuel Kebar is the husband of Anne Utan. It is believed that Nettie Kibur (Utan) lived with Sameul and Anne Kebar and she eventually took their surname. Nettie's brother Walter married Anna Wolk, one of the daughters of Bella Wolk. |
